Dating App from FaceBook

Dating is very sensitive topic and there are many other apps related to dating. The one we all hear is for dating is the Tinder app which became a synonymous for dating. Tinder, ok cupid, and many more. Tinder has become almost like a go to thing for dating. But all of a sudden there is this massive social media giant entering into that space which it does not have any market share.

Its the “Facebook”. This social media giant has got into news more than enough due to the recent data scandal done by the analytical firm, Cambridge Analytica. In this scenario, with less trust in the social media giant with the concerns of the privacy issues among other things. The social media giant recently held a conference to share their new products and the dating feature is just one among them.

As from the CEO of the Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg himself, who announced this new feature rolling out to their social networking platform. He said that ” it (the dating feature) is made keeping privacy and other data breaches in mind. It will suggest the potential partners who are not our Facebook friends. It will be a feature where the individual has to choose themselves whether to join the Facebook dating by creating the dating profile in the app. And most importantly it is for the long term relationships but not for hookups says the CEO.  Otherwise it will be the same and no change to your Facebook account and it will remain the same.

Also the social media giant launched some other interesting new features to the partner companies like the instant messaging app, WhatsApp and the photo sharing app, Instagram. Both of them are getting new and important features as per the parent company Facebook. The photo sharing app is getting a group calling feature and the similarly, the photo sharing app also getting the same feature. Interesting isn’t it.
